Angela, I wanted to know if you’ve been able to maintain your weight loss after the xtreme fat loss diet? I am not purchasing the product but I know basically what the 5 days are: cheat, fast, shakes, mod carb, very high protein then repeat x 5. I’m thinking this concept would be good for maintenance as well – it’s sort of calorie cycling – some days you have more calorie than others, low carb one day, mod carb another, have your cheat day – you’ve got to have a life. If you feel like you are doing something wrong when you cheat you may just continue eat bad every day and the inevitable weight return occurs. but allowing cheats is very powerful. When you know a cheat is around the corner more likely to keep to plan other days. Anyway look forward to an update. regards, Sue (Australia)
